Not that they can compare to most of above, but...

10k - 45:37
½marathon - 1:49:48
Something irrelevant about cavemen

I just got a (very small) PB last Sunday and forgot to post it. I finished in 42:03, which I was a bit disappointed about. My 5k PB (19:30) indicates that I should easily be able to run sub 40, but despite numerous attempts, I haven't got there yet. I'm hoping it was just an off day:P

congratulations with your pb

you can use the conferting tables from the link section to calculate your expected 10k time

imo

under 40 is a bit dificult with your 5k time (if your 5k time was under optimal surcomstances)

haha - hilarious that i'm still on there, and rightfully nearly at the bottom in the 10k. =)

You might be able to talk me into going out and doing some sprints..200, 400, maybe the 800..heh..

It's a slippery slope Dave, 800 this week... then you'll be at the marathon before you know. ;)

One of my teammates started training with us to work on his mile times. A year-and-a-half later and he's talking about the marathon now.

reading half marathon...

Postby daf » Sun Mar 25, 2007 12:10 pm

woop! just finished the half in 1h36m54s (my watch time) or about 1h38 on the clock. i'm well pleased with that. and some journalist came up afterwards and asked about vegan runners an' all that, i managed to mumble some useful stuff to her...i think.

rumour has it mr skinny/ultra was there too, somewhere under the 1h30 mark...?

ooh, a little bird has just told me it was under 1h26. fuckin' a!

Sweet :D Nice one dafster - congrats on the time too. I'll update the table once we get our chip times.

Think I somehow managed to set 3 PBs today(!) - 5 miles, 10 miles and 1/2 marathon - just.....
