, I found that low reps allowed me to go heavier on my bench!!!
I don't like repping out because if I pick out a wieght I can do 8-10 reps with it doesn't start getting hard until the 6-7th rep so I like to get to the nitty gritty and go heavy
! right now I'm I'm doing 1 rep I usually get 3 sets done before I can't lift any more! next time you bench do 180lbs see what happens, I bet you do it!!!
