Second Place in German Championship

Postby Kryptonite V » Sun Oct 30, 2005 11:44 pm

Hi friends.

Yesterday i placed second in the middle weight. It was the German Championship of the GNBF - German WNBF branch, the German Natural Bodybuilding Federation.
Natural meaning every athlete is being tested with a polygraph before the competition, and the top 3 of every class do a urine test afterwards.
However, i have strong doubts about the natural status of some athletes (not in the middle weight, the heavies).

Here are two pics.

For the interested, here is a longer report and more pictures:

nice one mate, well done! Looking good there!

Some people claim they can cheat the polygraph by inflicting pain on themselves, like a needle in bumor something (and that is an intended pun with the steroid needles ;) )

Your shoulders and lats are definite strong point. And well done keeping the legs tight there in the "ralexing pose" - i have tried it and i can't flex every muscle at the same time, so i have decided not to bother :D

What are the next plans?

I'm not sure, but i guess it's somehow possible to cheat. The winner in the international class didn't look more natural than my tan :?

What are the next plans?

In three weeks it's the NABBA Newcomer. NABBA is the German WFF i think. Then one week later the NABBA German Championships, then, if i qualify, the World Championships in december. I'll do the figure class there, the "N" in NABBA is not for natural ;)

After that, i will concentrate on gaining muscles and strength again - bulking time! 8) I'm looking forward to eat a lot and increase my training weights. After all, i have to catch up with you fellows here in the 300lbs bench press race and the bodyweight overhead press challenge!

I want to put up 4 kg of solid muscle before i diet again for next years's competitions. Primary targets are my arms, my arms, my biceps, my triceps and my arms ;) And my calves, legs, and shoulders. That order ;)

yeah NABBA in UK is not a tested fed, much like EFBB. Very few naturals take part, some do, and sometimes beat some juicers, much like sometimes, not often, naturals beat some juicers in powerlifting and strongman comps.
