This will be a great list if enough people contribute, it doesn’t matter how much you lift! It doesn’t matter how strong you are. Get yourself on the list and try and beat the person one up. If you’re at the top, try and remain there.
If your lifts improve I’ll update it.
Please post the maximum weight that you can lift in these three lifts, and I will add it to the table.

Bench press aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaTest of upper body strength
Squat aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaTest of lower body strength
DeadliftaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaTest of whole body strength

For a description of how to do these lifts, check these links

Squat
http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Glu ... Squat.html
Bench press
http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Pec ... Press.html
Dead lift
http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Glu ... dlift.html

If you are interested in finding out your Wilk's co-efficient use the link below
http://www.usapowerlifting.com/liftersc ... ndex.shtml

Rules

1.Lifter must be vegan

2.The three lifts are based on RAW powerlifting rules. Therefore make sure squat is to at least parallel level, bench press bar touches the chest in the bottom position and that glutes stay on the bench and feet on the floor during the lift.

3.Equipment allowed
Chalk
Belt
Wrist wraps
Knee wraps (but state if you used them...)

Not allowed
Squat suits or bench shirts
Lifting straps

4.Please state:
Sex
Weight
Amount lifted

5.Please state your 1 repetition max lift (1RM). If you don't know your 1RM you can either go and test it! or just state the maximum weight that you have lifted, even if you can do more than one rep.

Please take care when attempting these lifts, they will require a spotter.

Remember we are stronger than the average person. Just post the info and I’ll work everything out and add it to the table.

GET LIFTING!

Hmm, are all of these really 1RM? Looking at the ladie's squat results, I
wonder a little...

I still suspect that some of the numbers are weights used for comfortable, multi-rep sets, personal bests just because one hasn't tried a 1RM. Neither have I.
I've only been doing weight lifting-type strength training for 6 months, so hasn't really occurred to me to see what my max is, not to mention posting it to a table... But I might, if it makes a small improvement to the table. :)

I think you're absolutely right. My first deadlift posted was a mere 105kgs!
It's a great tool to push yourself and have small challenges between yourself and someone at a similiar strength level, or you could become immensly competitive and try get to the top ;)

THat describes me. I still haven't gone for a 1rm, its something I mean to do but keep putting off.

probably not worth updating until I do a 1rm but Iwill anyway

bodyweight is now 60kg
bp is 40kg
deadlift is 85kg

I'm not even going to update squating until my form is better as right now its shite and if possible getting worse
