Hello everyone. I think it's time for my first training log.
Cuz of work and wow i have been kinda lazy for a while and haven't trained much.. It's getting near summer and work stuff are finally cooling down so i thought it was time to get my ass out of the chair. Fixed up my bike and found a cool iphone-app "100 pushups". They guarantee u be abel to do 100 pushups in one set after 6 weeks.. let's try it out.

if anyone have a iphone, don't slack, challange me!


day 1

The application required a test round of how many i could do.
thought i could do better but i only made 20!

after that it was time to begin:
0-10-9-9-8 Total 36

day 2

10-12-9-9-10 total 50

not sure i understand why u mean.. but i guess u wonders if i do it under the whole day or in one set? ofc its in one set with 60 sec between each!

First of all i started the week with checking out how many i could do in one set!
made 31
(my weeks begins on thursdays)

week 3, day 1
14-18-14-14-10 Total 70

should have been 20 in the last rep, but i could't make it! feel abit ashamed of myself.!

You might be tiring yourself out by doing that 31 before you start your sets. Looks like you're making fast progress though, nice work.

Might wanna do some fat man pulls to prevent ending up with internally rotated shoulders, though...
Next time, I'll spend the money on drugs instead.
