Hello everyone. I think it's time for my first training log.
Cuz of work and wow i have been kinda lazy for a while and haven't trained much.. It's getting near summer and work stuff are finally cooling down so i thought it was time to get my ass out of the chair. Fixed up my bike and found a cool iphone-app "100 pushups". They guarantee u be abel to do 100 pushups in one set after 6 weeks.. let's try it out.
if anyone have a iphone, don't slack, challange me!

The application required a test round of how many i could do.
thought i could do better but i only made 20!
after that it was time to begin:
