Lifters must be:
a) Vegan
b) Not using any suits on the front squat

Rules for lifts won't be super strict as still only a few on the board do proper weightlifting .

Clean and Jerk - Any kind of clean and jerk or press to get it overhead. Pressout is okay for the table if if it okay for you. I'd imagine those who train specifically for weightlifting wouldn't count it but it's fine otherwise.

Snatch - Any type of snatch. Same deal for pressout as above.

Description of the exercises-
Clean and Jerk:

and Snatch:

Hopefully this table will give people some inspiration to increase their totals and get more people interested in Olympic lifting.

Thanks to Jonathan for the original post. :)

Wobbly, could you please update my clean and jerk to 90 kg. Also, if behind the neck jerks are allowed for the jerk column, that has improved to 100 kg.

I'm no longer Olympic lifting. Bicycling is all the leg work I want for now.
