well, to be honest , there's a lot of theoretical info which can be useful for a new sporty vegan.but the info is not that much more than in any other vegan books.and unfortunately--expescially concerning food there are no recipes or stuff like that.all in all mr wieland is sharing his personal experience which defenitely is usefull and interesting but not realy opening new dooors...
the first 144 pages is all about his past and his acchievements, the usual 'why vegan'comments, explanaitions about fats, proteins, carbohydrates, other vegan athleths.then it's about mental training, and some tips for training schedules and some stretching exercises...well, not that much news, you know what i mean?!but i heard that he will publish a new book soon full of recipes and things like that---let's be patient.but you can also mail him and he will personally answer your questions.
