Hey all, my family was visiting from Ontario, and we went down to the beach by my house, and i thought i'd show off a bit...5yrs ago i was just your typical weakling, but i've been working out, woohoo!

On the beach i found a nice looking, easy-to-grip stone, and thought i'd show 'em a thing or two:

Image

Time to get started:

Image

Okay, it is heavier than it looks...and i've only got pictures to reference how this is supposed to be done:

Image

Form? Who needs form when you've got VEGAN POWER!!

Image

Okay, this is the easy part....hold it steady:

Image

The f*cker is getting f*cking heavy:

Image

I must say, my grip is impressive.

Image

No idea how i got it to this point:

Image

Triceps are the only muscle left:

Image

Okay, now i'm showing off.

Image

Super Vegan or Super Goof?

Image

I have an insane look on my face......

Image

So i'm not such a strongperson, but hope you enjoyed. ;)

Super Vegan! Awesome Dave! I will come up to Canada to challenge you this summer. I hope you are ready for it. I've been lifting rocks my whole life, you better start training hard!

Then maybe we can race on a bike afterwards.
