I have been doing 2 shakes a day for the past month, about 50g
total daily of protein.. I use Genisoy XT (water processed non-GMO
soy) vanilla powder with blueberries/bananas/soymilk/raw green tea.
I have not noticed any bad effects from that (as claimed it will lower
testosterone which is not true). Anyone else taking large amounts of
soy powder and any downsides or effects? The XT is supposed to be
full isoflavone isolate and water proccessed.
I also started olympic weightlifting for past month, I am a beginner,
I joined a group here and have a coach its great. I go MWF-Sat
religously after work. They make fun of my diet and soy, etc but its
