The year 2005 is slowly coming to an end, and what year we've had! More than 700 new members, the total number of posts is almost 70,000, and the board is more lively than ever with discussions, training logs, local meetups and competitions. Let's all make sure this positive trend will carry on to 2006!
Here are couple things going on in and around veganfitness.net board to get some extra motivation.
There will be another meetup for runners of this board, this time for the 10/20 mile race in Bramley UK on February 19. Anyone who is interested are welcome to join in, but early registration for the event seems to be crucial so check this out if you're interested:

Benchpress seems to be the thing for 2006, there are three informal races right now, 150lbs, 200lbs and 300lbs (the last one most active). Please check them out and participate if you like. Or start your own if these doesn't fit your goals:
