i'm trying to figure out the form on the snatch now. how do you fall into a deep squat with hundreds of pounds balanced overhead? i think it's the ultimate test in weightlifting...i dig the dynamics of the motion. even with an empty bar it's kind of fun. i'm sure it's more fun with a lot of weight stacked on...
