Handstand pushups

hey shadow.. best bodyweight exercise i can think of would be elevated feet pushups, going closer and closer to vertical as you gain strength (negatives good idea too).

i'm currently training for handstand pushups.. using weights, the plan is to be able to overhead press a dumbell of half my body weight (52.5kg, currently i can lift 42.5kg.. so still a long way to go!) before giving it a shot.

period of time, but when I dip down I cant get back up.

Im quite a large and heavy dude but Im sure the problem is that
I haven't been exercising the right muscle group.

Im going to start doing dimond pushups (hands close in a "W" shape)
and see if that helps.

Any other suggestions?
