Powerlifting total improvement contest results are in!

Postby VeganEssentials » Wed Jul 06, 2005 8:33 pm

I must say, some of you made some fantastic progress for the PL total contest - there was a LOT of improvement across the board from everyone who submitted final totals, with a few standing out with massive gains. Here's the breakdown for the top 5 placings:

1. jonathan with 115kg
2. Fruitbat with 98kg
3. Kadett8 with 85kg
4. Tylerm with 77.2kg
5. michaelhobson with 63.8kg

Honorable mention goes out to JP, JoeC, and Buzz who all took the next 3 spots with improvements of 50kg or greater. Fantastic work, everyone!

So, jonathan wins the $75 gift certificate, Fruitbat the $50 certificate, and Kadett8 the $25 certificate, which I'll be sending via email to all of you shortly. I've also decided to give $10 certificates to Tylerm and michaelhobson as both of them did exceptionally well, too! I wish I could give certificates to everyone who competed, but what we'll do is offer a new contest in a few months and give you all a chance to go for it all over again. Thanks to everyone who got in on this - congratulations on your hard work!

Congratulations to all the winners :D !
[quote="JP"]Spirulina is a badass crew, and they often just hang around in street corners looking to beat up proteins.

They oftenget confused by the fact that they are almost half protein themselves.
