Where can I get grippers ??

Hey there people!

After this VF week I want to work on improving my grip for the strength powerlifting and also for strongman next year at VF week if it happens again (which I sincerely hope!). So where in the UK can I get good and not too expensive grippers???

That site sells the Ironmind Captain of Crush grippers at about $10 more than http://www.ironmind.com. Ironmind is a big company and you shouldn't have any trouble with international orders.

People sell used grippers from time to time on www.gripboard.com. There is also useful information there about griptraining and inspirational videos of people doing impressive grip feats. Check it out! Otherwise www.ironmind.com is a great place, as previously mentioned.

I'm about ready to throw my CoC trainer out the window (or sell it). Still haven't been able to close it . But I should probably hold onto it, otherwise I would just give it to you. Silly thing, I need just a few more millimeters to get it!
