Usual bullshit over last few weeks, nothing crazy. Set up Manuel Strength (named after the guy who used to live in the house I just moved into - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_Manuel) in my garage, so will train there a couple of days a week, and at HQ other days.
