
I am very tempted to do a local deadlift comp, it is nearly exactly 10 weeks away, the perfect time to run a cycle of Ed Coan's DL program. http://tsampa.org/training/scripts/coan ... _deadlift/
When I did it before I had a really good improvement in my deadlift, requires just 1 dedicated DL season a week.
Current PB is 232.5kg but with a little crackpipe I would like to aim for 240kg.
Anyone else in?
