I've had lost of physical activity during the weekend, without setting foot in a gym.

Dancing outdoors under a bridge, then on a roof on Friday and Saturday on a meadow. :)

Today I did power yoga on the "beach":

Power yoga outdoors in a park, very basic and I think it was just 45 min. Lots of people attending!

I was out dancing yesterday for the third day in a row, so was quite happy
to just do some light stretching. :)

Indoor wall climbing today, enjoying my new shoes that allowed me to climb a little

trickier lanes than before! Tore off a few calluses in my hands but it was worth it! :)

Tried an outdoor gym today which was nice, but there were only two weight options for each exercise
and it didn't say how much they weighed. It was all made of wood and the bars where quite thick which gave some bonus grip training..

Squat: 10 reps with the light weight. 5 x 10 with the heavier one.

Chins: 6, 4, 2, 2, 2.

Bench press: 10 x light weight, 5 x 6 with heavier weight.

SL deadlift: 3 x 8 with the heavier weight.

Bent over row: 3 x 10 with the lighter deadlift weight.

Dips: 8, 6, 5.

Incline crunches: 2 x 8.

Good to see that you are moving away from those steel plates and indoor gyms to a training more attuned with nature, more natural.

I know, right? :D I'm pretty sure I absorbed enzymes from the logs, at least it felt that way.

Quick workout at the outdoor gym again.

Deadlift: 5 x 10.

OH press: 10, 10, 10, 8, 8.

Calf raise: 4 x 12.

Push ups, holding a bar: 3 x 8. Funny how these are heavier than regular push ups.

Dips, off the same bar: 3 x 10.

Jumps onto stump, with both feet together: 2 x 10.

It's next to Eriksdalsbadet, near Skanstull. Right by the water. :)

Today is REST DAY, I've been out dancing three nights in a row now. Pretty good for someone my age who doesn't do drugs, I think. :)

Need to return to the proper iron gym tomorrow and do some heavy DL.
