Here's what I accomplished today:
Breakfast: Muesli with extra pumpkin seeds and wheatgerm added, linseed oil, berries and oat milk. Brown toast with soy cheese, black tea.
Snack: Nectarine, a couple of Brazil nuts, cup of green tea.
Lunch: Thai take out, rice noodles with veggies and deep fried tofu. Chocolate and black tea for dessert.
Snack: Banana, cup of green tea.
Pre training snack: PB sandwich.
Post training: Soy protein shake, chocolate flavored.
Supper: Warm salad with mixed beans, corn, tomato and spices. A dollop of guacamole. Chocolate and white tea.
Late snack: A small portion of plain soygurt with pumpkin seeds.
