I’m in a desperate need of your help, guys!
I can’t seem to loose my belly. I’ve been a vegetarian for an year and a half . I also eat healthy – lots of nuts, fruits and vegetables, whole-grain foods, wheat/rye/sunflower seed germs, NO junk food, NO alcoholic drinks – in fact, no other kind of drinks except fresh water. As a result, I lost 22 pounds (10kg) in a year. I got thinner everywhere else except my belly. I’m asking you for HELP, guys! HELP ME get rid of this … thing. It’s as if I have a giant ball made of bed-spring put under my belly skin. I tried doing cardio workouts – nothing drastically changed. Besides, many of my friends have never been doing cardio workouts and have even more belly fat than I have and still they are flatter there.
Please.. if someone find themselves with the similar problem, share your view.
