Squat: Bar x 10. 50 kg x 5. 65 kg, 5 x 5. OH with bar x 20.
Chins: Overhand grip x 3, 3, 1. Underhand grip x 3, 2, 2.
Back extension: 5 kg, 3 x 10.
Triceps overhead rope extension: 3 x 8 @ "57" on the "Freedom trainer".
Bench press: Bar x 8. 40 kg x 5. 35 kg, 2 x 5. No grip strength left, lower back cramping - decided to call it a day.
