Did the following in supersets and with a minimum of resting, finished in just over 30 min.
Felt a little nauseous afterwards, so maybe it qualifies as crossfit? :)

Squat: Bar x 10. 50 kg x 5. 65 kg, 5 x 5. OH with bar x 20.

Chins: Overhand grip x 3, 3, 1. Underhand grip x 3, 2, 2.

Back extension: 5 kg, 3 x 10.

Triceps overhead rope extension: 3 x 8 @ "57" on the "Freedom trainer".

Bench press: Bar x 8. 40 kg x 5. 35 kg, 2 x 5. No grip strength left, lower back cramping - decided to call it a day.

Yup! I'm sticking with the flying pigs though. 8)

So I had big plans for today's deadlifting but started with some very wobbly benchpressing (I don't think
48 hours suffices for me to recover fully from heavy lifting?) and then decided to stay at 90 kg DL.
Still, heavy enough to get looks from the boys in the gym. :)

Warm-up: KB high swing x 20, don't know the weight.

Bench press: Bar x 10. 40 kg x 5. 45 kg x 5, 5, 3 + F! 40 kg x 5.

Deadlift: Bar x 10. 60 kg x 5. 80 kg x 3. 90 kg, 3 x 3. 80 kg x 3.

OH press: 25 kg, 5 x 5. Did calf raises off the cage's lower part while resting, trying not to hold on: BW, 5 x 12.

Hip abduction: 77 kg, 3 x 8.

Shoulder flyes: 5 kg, 3 x 8.

The dragon, 10 on each leg with 10 kg plate.

Neck prehab

Boxing training with mitts together with Cammo78 today, one hour. Fun! :)

Finished with "push ups de luxe": Partner holds your feet so they're elevated and after

each push up you pull your knees towards the chest which makes a sort of crunch. Did 20 of these.

3 km on treadmill today.

Also, I found a two year old photo of my back and thought it would be fun to take a new one.

The lighting and pose isn't exactly the same but I think you can tell that I've put on a little!

Training went surprisingly well today considering how little I've slept the last few nights.
The bench is back to where it was about a month ago and DL felt strong too! :D
Maybe it was the delicatoboll I had before instead of my usual PB sandwich..?

Bench press: Bar x 10. 40 kg x 5. 45 kg, 5 x 5. Easy!

Deadlift: Bar x 10. 60 kg x 5. 80 kg x 5. 85 kg, 4 x 5. Also easy. 8)

OH press: 25 kg, 5 x 5.

Hip abduction: 77 kg, 3 x 10.

Dips: 8, 7, 5.
