If I eat out, which is daily at the moment I drink sone kind of soft drink, cola, spezi (german thing, mix of cola and fanta style lemonade, awesome), smoothie or lassi.
I generally avoid drinking with meals. Water with mint &/or lemon added is a solid option. Tons of herbal "teas" available. Soy milk maybe?
