That's a serious skullcrusher weight. My coach is keen on me floor-pressing a free weight instead of a bar - tried that?

I'm a bit confused. Is not everything thats not a machine a free weight, including bars?

The 1 rep max calculator would have you perform a max squat of 175-180!
