So I´ve had 1 week of crazy heavy training which was totally stupid and then after Xolix gave me a piece of his mind switched to WSB for Skinny Bastards, which should work perfectly for me at the moment.

As this started about 2 months ago and I already spent an hour on updating training logs I will just log my main sets for each training.
