Deadlift - 5x60, 5x100, 5x145, 1x195, 5x145 - been almost 3 months since last d'lifted. Felt good, didn't go overboard. The 195 tore some skin off... had no chalk and me hands need to harden up, other than grip it wasnt that hard.
F/Squat - 10xbar, 5x60, 5x80, 5x95,c3x100, 1x113, 1x123 - couldn't wait to do fronts today, enjoying them. 123 felt really good. Cant go near failure because I have no where to drop it if need be. Reckon 130 is there,

Tyre flips were fun, it was sitting in a puddle of water so trick was to pickup from a dry bit of the tyre other wise hands kept slipping and have to rest on legs and regrip...
