Yah. Gym was closed on Monday and I was too busy with work on Tuesday so I'm behind a bit.

6x2 today, 6x6 on Saturday, then I'll be back on track

Saturday, 14/4

Needed a bit of a psych up before the squats today, so I had some falafel and red bull. Feeling pretty good.

Squat program: week 4, session 2
5 x 60kg
3 x 80kg
2 x 90kg
6x6 x 105kg PB

...no problems. Looking forward to increasing the weight next week.

Machine rows
10 x 20kg
3x10 x 25kg

too tired from the squats to do anything else.

Nicely done, 6x6 is intense amount of work, also feeling confident going into next week.

Yes indeed, some massive squat work. I picture you with legs like tree trunks.
