Thank god not had another migraine I have, however, had a beautiful baby daughter. Little Tiger Lily born a couple of weeks ago. I am in love!!



Anyways - training a bit sporadic. Managed

Sat - 4 miles
Mon - 5 miles
Tue - 1.5 barefoot

Thurs - 5 miles with club (too slow but ran with group to be sociable) & weights

Fri - 6 miles after work
Sat - 10 miles with a couple of good friends

Tue - 5 miles
Fri - 8 miles + some weights

Been managing 5 runs a week, but only 4 - 6 miles each. Not logging on often enough to list them... bad skoptic

7th - 6 miles
8th - 6 miles
9th - 4 miles

12th - 6 miles
14th - 5 miles
15th - 6 miles
17th - 16 miles (part of club relay up to olympic park from St Albans)

Mon - Day off
Tue - 1.5 miles and then .... turned my ankle REALLY badly .. muddyfunters, same as 6 months ago.. seriously annoyed

OK - 11 days off ankle, not totally better, but good enough

Thurs - Bike 10 miles (lead bike for a inter-club running race)
Fri - 4 mile run - went back past where I turned ankle to exorcise demons Ankle is a bit sore.. hmmm
