So I'm eating more pulses *yum* but for the first time in my life seem to be suffering from really painful trapped wind/gas. Thus far have tried peppermint tea, essential oil of peppermint in some soy cream, antacids (as also getting reflux) and a bit of abdominal massage....
Any sure fire remedies you can recommend for now? Its been going on now for about 2 days and I'm feeling kinda miserable with it.
