Ah, thank you. I already eat cliff bars, they taste awesome. A little too high in carbs and not enough protein though. I like to eat it post workout with a protein shake though, just half a serving.

We at Food Empowerment Project have long enjoyed the products from Clif Bar & Company, including energy bars that contain chocolate. But when we asked Clif last year, “From which countries do you get cocoa beans?” they refused to tell us.

This is hardly damning evidence that they condone or use child labour. The issue is about transparency and not child labour, don't get it twisted.
