Eatserday run. First time in ages I ran more then 6-7k. Did 10k in 56 min. Blisters on my feet but the knee felt good as along as I didn't think about so I was happy anyway. Found a good track that is about 10k so I'll probably do it some more.

thanks, its progressing at least. My upper body sttegnth has been my weak spot for a while. My legs are a lot stronger.

Lunch boxing for an hour. Wasn't hard at all, a little bit annoyed I didn't get a good work out.

Sparring today, I got exhausted and wasn't at my best, its wasn't as fun as it used to be and I started to question boxing in the fighter group.

20kg KB snatch

24kg KB swings
50,40,30,20,10 My forearms were so sore after the first 50 but I managed to do it anyway.

boxing session. We trained in-fight and middle distance fighting. Pretty ok, but I've lost some cardio.
