Thursday, 29/3

Good mornings
3x8 x 40kg

Chins

Same I could have done 6x5 today, but was sweating and working for them. How much rest are you taking between sets, I was alone in the gym, so used a stop watch for 2 minute rest periods which work out to 2:30 -3 minutes once I have fannied around and put on my wraps.

That sounds very efficient... I was squatting with one of the beasts tonight so after each set I was helping to unrack and spot, so I took maybe 3-5 minutes per set. Was comfy either way.

Oh, I tried your idea of crunchy peanut butter with oatmeal... I added a bit of golden syrup to it as well, better than I expected. Thinking it's time I start bulking again...

Really looking forward to the easy 6x2 day.

I'd like to say it was easy, but I was tired and they were pretty slow. Not looking forward to the 6x5 tonight, but it will be nailed. I can't let a lemony fresh weightlifter beat me.

Smash it up, or blame my 30kg weight advantage?

You got it in the bag tonight, will take a lot to get pinned under 105kg.

Lousy. I've tried to adapt to it a bunch of times, but I just can't get it not hurt like crazy. Either it's because my hands are too small or I just needed to to HTFU - either way, fuck it, I will stick to mixed grip forever +1 now.
