Maybe a training with the VSG crew sometime would cheer you up? :)

moving has been so exhausting, hope to start again on thursday, but will be a while before i get back into the swing of things...

First session in a week, training with patrik at the office gym.

Warm ups with barbell, and 60 kg, then 115 kg log - empty.beast if a log, thick steel around.

Had wrong weight for the log, it was actually 5kg heavier, which is good news:)

I have fluked a triple with 117.5 before, so yes very near!

My plan was to just stick to high reps for a while, but with a beastly log like that it will be hard lol

Need to find a gym from near where I live though before I set up my own...

Did a quick search for you.
You may want to check out Powerhouse Berlin. It might be more of a bodybuilding place than one for powerlifting or strongman but at least you should only meet people there who take their training seriously.
Or you could try Mc-Fit. They should be well equipped, then again you may have some frustrating encounters with guys curling in the squat rack.

been to powerhouse, it was ok, but quite far from where i live and not that suitable. Guys curling doesnt bother me, very little in a gym does :D

One flip with tyre (I think slightly harder the osg one in terms of difficulty, but just very different. Bigger tyre and thinner)
