You may want to check out Powerhouse Berlin. It might be more of a bodybuilding place than one for powerlifting or strongman but at least you should only meet people there who take their training seriously.
Or you could try Mc-Fit. They should be well equipped, then again you may have some frustrating encounters with guys curling in the squat rack.
