So I have finally learnt to lift properly, gotten a coach, and tested my 1RM.

It has been a while since I lifted, but I am resisting temptation to wait until my numbers are higher so that I can track my progress all the way.

So:
Bodyweight: 52kg

Bench: 40kg
Squat: 60kg
Deadlift: 80kg

Hopefully those numbers will be on the rise shortly! (and yes, I will create a new training log soon!)

Thank you Talyn and Stoaty!

Deadlift is now 100! Triple figures! Attempted 105 but bar didn't budge - physically should have been able to do it considering how easily 100 went up, but think my mind was still too excited about my new PB. Stil haven't quite got the hang of focussing my mind yet I think.

New training log still to follow...
