could you please cut my Deadlift back to 165kg, I feel bad it being at 170kg :(
JS - They think it will open the door to folk like LordMuppet campaigning for a threeway?

the lifts are all time PBs - more years you have in lifting, less time you are close to your peaks, dont change them downwards IMO...

Agreed. I changed the Deadlift down because VeganJosh pointed out to me that I didn't lock out the Deadlift on my old style (with which I pulled 170kg) because my hands were so far in. So the lift actually breaks the Table rules for Deadlift.

I discussed it a while back and Talyn suggested to just go ahead and lift 170kg legitimately but that is taking a wee bit longer than i planned :) and in the meantime having a non legit number up annoys me for some reason.

I did this, but I look back on it and wonder why... I'm still proud of my old PB's (140/85/185), just not so much that I was 82kg when I hit them.

It still serves as solid motivation to beat them at the lower BW ;)
