It was great fun! The rowing nerd in me wants to emphasize the stroke per minute (spm) so that it is not confused with meter per second (m/s). ;)

I also found this video of reigning two times olympic champion Olaf Tufte on the rowing machine. Start watching 40 seconds into the clip.

Look how close he moves the slide to his feet in every stroke. I think you have a time around 7.30 in 2K just around the corner if you would get longer strokes, by increasing your flexibility. You certainly have the strength for it.
there is always time for rowing

soft 6k jog. My knee didn't hurt so that was a good thing.

good boxing session today
It felt good and I was light and fast again. Happy about that, some 3 minutes rounds of soft sparring.

more boxing. Soft sparring, felt ok but I got some pretty good shots to the head, luckily it was soft sparring. I feel back on the track but not ready for fight.

Frustrating when you are with someone who doesnt know the basics. Or doesnt listen!

crappy gym session. Ok box jumps biut the rest felt terrible.

Box jumps
2x5x80
5x90
3x100
5x3x103

Power snatch
2x3x40
2x50
2x52,5
55
f57,5

snatch hogh pulls
3x3x57,5

The intention was to do 5x6 pullups/ring dips but I had to cut it down to 3x6 and do the dips one by one after the first set. Crappy.
