It was great fun! The rowing nerd in me wants to emphasize the stroke per minute (spm) so that it is not confused with meter per second (m/s).

Look how close he moves the slide to his feet in every stroke. I think you have a time around 7.30 in 2K just around the corner if you would get longer strokes, by increasing your flexibility. You certainly have the strength for it.
