Squat: 40kg x10 60kg x10 70kg x3 80kg x3 90kg x1 100kg x1 110kg xf 70kg 2x10
OHP: 20kg x10 30kg x5 35kg 2x5
On the basis on my thighs don’t fit in my favourite skinny jeans anymore I think I should be able to squat more than I could in November but my lower back went to jelly and it felt like there was no chance of being able to support the weight. But 100kg felt easy. I guess my back still isn’t properly better and trying to max out before it is a bad idea
I meant to max out bench too but somehow forgot then started doing OHP and I can’t really bench well after it. I’ll do it next time but at least I know for sure there’s no way I can’t set a new PB for it
