Yeah just to keep things interesting really; silly to have gymnastic rings & only use them for dips afterall. Only problem is that anything gymnastics-y is super hard :)

Bit short of time today, but got nailed a nice squat for reps PB anyway.

Belt Squat:
3x8x100

Dips:
1x8x40
1x8x30
1x8x20

Wide Grip Pull Ups:
3x8

Tucked Front Lever:
x3


Squats were brutal; almost every rep was a grinder, felt like I was going to pass out on last couple of reps 8) Too kanckered after this to do anything meaningful with upper body.

Shit workout today. Work is mega stressful & going to remain that way for the rest of the month so that doesn;t help matters.

First time I've run more than 50 yards for around 4 months, consequently was extremely unpleasant.
