hey man

do you train on your own or with training partners?

Are there other vegan people who do training like this in your country?

I usually train on my own at a gym nearby, but sometimes me and one of the guys in the team train together.

And all the vegans I know around here are pony tail hippies or total junkie punks, so no vegan training partners.

But we have a facebook group for vegan weightlifters, but most of them train for aesthetics, and there used to be a group for vegan athletes, don't know where that ended up.

If Deadlift is the only thing stalling, then try just deadlifting once a week.
JS - They think it will open the door to folk like LordMuppet campaigning for a threeway?

I am also starting to feel trouble with my squat, gonna see how it works out tomorrow. But I have the intention to search again for a gym with oly equipment, as I want to gradually switch to a plyo or maybe full oly routine.

Switched routines a bit, gonna try a push/pull one, still with 3x5.

5x3 Power Clean
3xfailure Pull up

Push:

3x5 OHP
3xfailure Dips

Still low volume, training to build base strength while I search for a gym with oly plates and shit.

3x80
5x95

Row
5x40

No squats because bad hamstring on that day

Bench
5x20
5x30
3x40
1x45
3x5x67

Press
5x20
5x25
3x30
3x5x45

Dips:
3xfailure

Did some half-assed leg press, but I don't remember how much weight.

16/03
Pull:
Deadlift:
3x50
3x60
3x75
1x80
5x96

Power Clean
3x20kg
3x35kg
5x3x55kg

BB row:
3x30
3x5x57

Pull-up:
3xfailure

De-loaded deadlift due to not progressing.
De-load on power clean to get my catch right, was hitting my clavicles a lot, and was opening my legs to catch.
