Hello everyone,
Just recently joined the forum from Scotland.
Having been a vegetarian for many years, I appear to have become vegan almost by accident. I have never enjoyed milk so opt for soya or oat milk instead - and due to a real commitment to improving my fitness I have stopped consuming all ofhter diary products and processed foods.
Hope to be able to use this forum to get some advice, and motivation from others about how to continue in my (small) quest for improved health and fitness - without resorting to stereotypical advice from the mainstream magazines - eat steak, venison, chicken etc!!!!
