Hey Mr C... Good work on your brevet - looks stunning, I hope you're getting some rest now

I'll get a few 20 - 22 milers in maybe stretch to a 26 if I feel good one day - in those weeks won't go too high (up 55 miles) as I'll prioritise the long run and drop a weekday run so mileage doesn't go too far for my body. Sadly I'm doing this with such little time, and increasing my mileage by silly amounts that I'm just happy I'm not getting injured! It'll be a case of getting round the last 10 miles on vapours, ultra memories and thoughts for my friend that I'm running for.
(seriously though - I don't advocate this kind of mileage increase recklessness unless people really know their body and the warning signs for any potential injuries)
