I don't train but would like to, however I feel I am plagued by tiredness a lot of the time. My flat mate thinks I have SAD. I dont care what it is, I wish it would go away.
I find I eat a lot of Indian food, and since I am an amazing cook - its gets hotter and more flavoursome. However (hehe! so many however's) I feel my tummy reacts every morning to this, plus possibly the intake of tea with brown sugar I have started drinking.
So I am probably going to start fasting and cutting down on the spicy food and tea. Does anyone have any ideas how to become a super energised Vegan bunny?
I know part of it is mental, but that might take something incredibly special to shift my mindset there. Its nice to think I will start training again, a gentle stroll every morning, I LOVE EARLY morning starts, and some boxing classes...however whats the point if I am constantly suffering from a cold or hayfever or just not seeing the point of exercising when I am slim. and can be more slim by not eating
Wow, its all out there. Be gentle.
I would LOVE a boxing teacher, that would make me want to get out of bed every morning. Money is a frigging issue also, what else? Oh yes, where I live the landlord is having his basement dug out, I REALLY DONT WANT TO MOVE OUT...but there's going to be work doing and hence more dust. I hate to write this, but I think Im allergic to dust.
I have been trying to drink Orange Juice to boost my immune system, and have failed to find anything online to suggest what I should be eating to aid my attacks etc. One of the reasons I became vegan was due to my asthma.
So thats a lot of issues, I feel I should just add "gis a job?" hehe! and then my life would definitely be sorted.
If you have gems of wisdom, I would be grateful (I can only apologise for any spelling, grammar or typo errors).
Enjoy and THANK YOU!!!!
