Bench: 10 x bar, 3 x 20 x 70 lbs, 10 x 70 lbs - failed! Rested a second and knocked out the last 10 x 70 lbs
First Shoulder Rehab: 3 x 20 x 2.5 lbs
Second Shoulder Rehab: 3 x 20 x 2.5 lbs
Recovery Pullovers: 20 x 15 lbs
Tri Kickback: 3 x 20 x 5 lbs
DB Hammer Curl: 3 x 20 x 10s
Man, its SO embarrassing to fail at 70 lbs on the bench, but then I looked around and reminded myself that nobody cares and its still heavy so continued on.
Also did Tricep Kickbacks for the first time in a gazillion years, they were surprisingly hard. Good day overall though, still feeling really great even if getting up early sucks.
