Squats
5 x 60kg
5 x 80kg
3 x 100kg
2 x 110kg
2 x 120kg
1 x 130kg
1 x 140kg - equal PB
1 x 142.5kg - PB![]()
...only had time to squat tonight, but again it was worth it. Decided to run up and was feeling good all the way through to 140kg which was surprisingly easy. Not totally sure if the spotters gave some sneaky assistance on the 142.5 attempt but it was solid and ground it out.
BW is around 67-68kg at the moment, eating has turned to shit lately and I've pretty much given up cutting. But beating my old squat PB from when I was 82kg felt great.
