back to "it" somehow, but still feeling tired. I'm also still getting pins and needles in my glutes and lower back when I sit or bend over. I've not had that before, but it started on day two or day three. If it doesnt go away, I may need to go talk to a doc!
Tuesday lunch: 30min flat run, 6km: first run in ages, not as bad as I expected. Hopefully I will not be too sore on Thursday!
Tuesday pm swim 1800m: ahem, first swim in ages, not as bad as I expected. Did a mix of 50s-200s. A lot of pulling - which I think will be the theme for the next 4 weeks. I saw my swim squad coach at the pool and asked him what he thought I'd swim on four weeks of training. He said, "same as you always do!" Ha! I hope that is correct....
