Yep. Since I changed to low-bar I have had to widen my grip a bit and I usually use wrist wraps for anything 100kg+.

Problem is that my Dissertation is due to be submitted on the 30th of August...and I need to be saving my money for Thailand (hoping to have 3 months over there)...I might not make it to Tuscany... :(

What do you do with your elbows, try flare them back, to give the bar something to rest on.
High bar, elbows under the bar, low bar, elbows behind bar. (waits to be corrected by the squat police).
