I've seen people take large Vitamin B shots before, but wasn't ever sure if they would be beneficial to those of us without pre-existing conditions or vitamin deficiencies.
Anyone have experience taking this as a supplement?

Pop stars and such take intramuscular vitamin B12 shots for the mild anti-fatigue and energy increase they provide.
