Thought I should go down to the gym and squat. Did two with the bar and felt like that was enough, the PAIN! Obviously you cant stop training for two months, start over with high volume and then expect everything to function as normal. Who knew!

Did 5x5 bench with 45 and OH press with 30 just to do something and then went swimming 1000m in 30 min. Finished it of with sauna.

I'm not sure about this but I think beach rules says that any lifting on the beach is to be done with a kettlebell and without a shirt. Unless its Venice beach, then its with an ez-bar. Still without shirt.

Yesterday was triathlon friday!

Running on threadmill 5,7km in 35 min. Dont know if the machine couldn't count or if it is that much easier running on a threadmill, either way it was a good ego boost.

Cycling: 20km in about 1 hour and 10 min. It was a sunny and warm day so I went home early from work and decided to jump on the bike. Legs were numb and there was a lot of walking over icy patches but it was fun to be back on a bike.

Swimming 750m in 22min. Got some pain in my shoulder after about 400m but decided to continue anyway, had to stop at 750 when it hurt to much. Today I can't move my arm without it hurting, suboptimal.

Also got some crunches, push-ups, planks and other stuff in between. Apart from the shoulder it was a good day.

6 days of bad tummy obviously meant a leaner and more efficient Kalle.

Running 5 km in 29.56. PB! And also first time running 5k.
Paced by Ida :)
