So, I was going to start a new routine for my work out, 3 days a week divided as follow:
Day 1: back
Day 2: pecs
Day 3: legs
But then I read about the StrongLifts 5x5 program (http://stronglifts.com/stronglifts-5x5- ... g-program/) and now I'm wondering which routine would be more suited for both strength and mass growth.
What do you think?
