1 cup soy milk
1 cup quick oats
30g rice protein
1 cup spinach
1.5 cups orange juice
740 calories
43g protein
119g carbs
11g fat

If you have enough liquid it's not too thick. This was made in a standard shaker bottle and I added a little bit of water after I blended it.

I really like just plain fruit smoothies. Sometimes with greens added in but that's it. tastes good, feels great :p
