*No strength training this week as I was crazy busy with work...I'm switching to a new gym on Monday that is nice and basic and only costs £25 per month...

Cheers bro...the pb was unplanned...160 went up easy so I thought wtf might as well nail 170...

It does seem that my body does well on a mix of running and lifting...but I think that it is the reasonably consistent lifting that is making the difference...I can scent the 180 coming in a month or two... 8)
